I’m not sure what it is, but you will sit for about 10 minutes waiting after you press the button just to make an order. Since my time here, several people have left waiting. I don’t know if they are understaffed or what.
So this review is for the owner or top managers—I ordered and received my drink at 8:45pm. I then sat outside talking with my friends on a Monday night in July. The employees shut the lights off at 9:00 and proceeded to just stand inside at the exit and talk for a full hour until 10:00pm. Then we watched as they all clocked out at 10:00 and left. The whole time more people were driving up to the stalls and trying to order but kept being told that Sonic was closed. I would want...read full review

I went there just to get a $1.99 shake but they weren't offering them anymore. So it cost me over $4 for a small hot fudge shake. It was very tasty and delicious.It was prepared and brought out to my vehicle quickly and the carhop was a very friendly young woman.The lot is well lit and was very tidy.If the shakes weren't so expensive I'd go more often.
