So, I went ahead and ordered before he arrived. The waitress turned up the heat on the cooks, and they got both of our orders out at the same time so we could still eat together. Nice move!“
“Food and service are consistently great. They have quite a few sandwiches, burgers, salads, and side options. I usually stop for lunch, usually on a Friday. It's bustling but under control. On my March '24 visit I was marveling at the communication and coordination between host, wait staff, and... Maybe kitchen expo? I don't know, but the food was getting where it needed to in a hurry and it was like watching a dance.“
“The LARGE pork tender with fry and ring combo and fresh horseradish was great.The service was excellent. She dropped by to check on us multiple times and kept our drinks full. It was our first time at this location, but it won't be the last.“
“Our visit tonight was fine...but our waitress...she was the worst we have had so far. She didn't listen very well, not much of a people person kind of personality, and when we was done eating, we chatted for another 45 min and not once did she check on us. Will still come back but don't want her help. Unfortunate visit this round...“
“Honestly a great place to watch a game. I was in to watch the Super Bowl rooting for the niners. Had a drunk screaming and wanting me to swing. The people working at the bar were there in an instant dealing with him making it a good place to watch the game. Thank you to the staff for being on point. I'll be back to watch another game.“
“My daughter and I meet at The Bar Olathe every Wednesday night for dinner while my youngest is at her youth group at church. Tonight, we did something different. My daughter picked up her sister and brought her back to The Bar so we could listen to the karaoke singers. They also play "up and coming" music that my daughters know and will occasionally dance to. Its great fun!“
“First time at this place and I was pleasantly surprised... the hostess was nice. My waiter was awesome... food was good. Pan pizza Chicago 7 was really good, date had the chicken tender sandwich, she said it was good with the Garlic aoli.... she really enjoyed the pickles on the sandwich as well. Had a mule, it was decent, and the beer, which I can't remember the name, was good a well. Date had the orange cranberry cider, she enjoyed immensely. Great first date place.“
