I had not been to a Subway for some time. My friend and I went to the Olathe Subway for a late lunch. We were greeted pleasantly when we walked in. The ladies behind the counter were in good spirits. Our orders were made as we requested. They made good suggestions for extras or the "right" toppings. I really appreciated their helpfulness and wonderful attitudes. They were genuinely happy to help. Not a great location. They usually get our order wrong, and everything has a weirder than usual chemical smell. The protein bowl I had today was not only wrong but left a plastic chemical flavor that’s making me nauseous. Never going back to this location again. Subway in general isn’t what it used to be.

I’m giving them one more star than they deserve just because I didn’t get as much attitude as I anticipated to get. I’ve given them a chance. But to begin, I never get what I want. My order is always messy, the girls working have terrible customer service. I always walk out hating subway. I always tell myself you knew better than to come here for lunch. I just wanted something quick and tasty. It always fails though.
