Great service the manager, Jose, made sure my meal was fresh prepared even after I ordered my food incorrectly(forgot to tell them to remove an item off sandwich) he helped me out in making sure my sandwich was made correctly as I was allergic to what was on the sandwich!! Above and beyond service by far which is hard to find these days!!

The staff here are led by an incompetent general manager. He has no idea how to work the tools proprietary to his own franchise and refuses to continue education in relation to his role to be able to assist customers with Arby's specific issues. Will provide inaccurate information and redirect to you to corporate app when the issue has to be corrected in store. Very clearly hired the only person willing to take the job regardless of lack of qualifications or skills

Went as soon as I saw they had the fish sandwich avaliable! Hot, fast and tastee. I was getting fried Mac&Cheese for I dog I was watching for a friend. When I said they were for a sad pup, the girl made him a Pup cup. I didn't try the fried Mac&Cheese. But he said they were the Woof!

Got to love half a container of double (maybe even triple) fried fries. Yuck. Fresh and hot are not the same thing.???♀️These curly fries are a unnatural shade of brown. And the tea... Yuck. They were about the same color.Updating to add that I had to go back and get my order replaced because I was charged for and given the wrong order. I know that one is on me for not checking my sandwich before leaving. But I was asked what my order was so many times that I didn't think it could possibly be wrong. And when I went back they had the nerve to try and charge me for an ice water because I didn't want tea that was made during the Bush administration.

Very frustrating to go through drive thru to pick up your order and they don't provide napkins. Had fries and sandwich, did not need a lot of napkins but 2 napkins would have been helpful and appreciated. Think like most people, start on fries as you drive to where you are going and no napkins in the bag. Food was hot, fresh and hit the spot.

Great service, great food and one of the ladies that worked there recognized me from my mail route and went out of her way to say hello! Great managed location!
I did a online order here. When I arrive they made me stand around for 5 minuits before telling me they couldn't make my hamburger so I traded it for 2 roast beef sandwiches. I was even willing to take a loss.So I wait and wait for them to make my order and then I seen a girl texting on her phone in the kitchen. I asked for a refund. The drugged out looking manager said she couldn't refund my money, I said I want my money back so she called the police on me.All of this drama didn't need to take place so I waited patiently by the door for them to arrive because I didn't want to leave and have her add to the story. This is a sorry excuse for a restaurant.

I guess the card reader wasn't working on the inside cause all they would accept was cash. Didn't have enough cash on me so I had to go to the drive thru and that took longer than it should have.

I didn't want to have to do this since I typically write positive reviews but Daddy Yelper had to do it. I got the smokehouse brisket sandwich meal. Cost $12. What is this? This is a bread sandwich with a dash of meat. Took maybe 3 bites to finish and could probably go Joey Chestnut mode and eat 10 of these. Is this how we're gonna represent Kansas City? We win the Super Bowl, host the draft, legalize marijuana, and this is what we're giving to our people. Also can't dine in to eat at this location and they were out of the wagyu burger. Fries and apple turnover were still dankified approved but that's not the point. Also got food poisoning from the roast beef sammy in 3rd grade but I was willing to fight my demons. Once again my demons win. Be better Mr Arby's.- Sad Daddy Yelper
