Oak Park has 2 locations - this is for the one in the food court. Horrible service. My order was incredibly simple - small pretzel bites and a large cup of water. As I was being handed my water, the cheap cup collapsed in my hand - the lid wasn’t secure - and it spilled all over the counter. The kid who had handed it to me just stared and did nothing. Went to Oak Park Mall and ordered one cup of salted pretzel bites. The cost was a little over seven dollars. I asked if I could get one of the hot ones they just put in and the girl turned around and grabbed a different cup threw it in my bag. Got up to the car and a couple of the ones on top were hot and all the underneath were ice cold!

Ordered pizza nuggets and almond sweet nuggets, the cashier stated it would be fifteen minutes tried to get me to change my mind. I didn't and then ordered a regular pretzel and got a rock hard one with no salt. Was told then that it will be 20 minutes for a fresh one. Just horrible service.
