Ordered myself some Bibibop to go today because it has been such a rough day that I needed a treat! I got a bowl with sweet potato noodles (the purple rice is good too, but the noodles are my fav), tofu, all the toppings + the spicy sriracha sauce (and some yum yum suave because duh). Chipotle, but with Asian food! Bibibop is quickly becoming a favorite for many people in the area. You can go through the line and pick different bases, toppings, sauces, and proteins to craft your perfect combination of Asian flavors. The spicy chicken is my favorite protein to get with some combination of purple rice, japchae noodles, and some veggies.
