I had to leave the drive-thru without ordering twice in 6 visits I remember because this tainted location (or the guy at the drive-thru) don’t know about the mobile app and didn’t listen to what I’m saying.I worked at 2 BK’s in the past and if you’re going to work drive-thru then you’re gonna need to be perfect in active listening and hearing from voices that don’t speak up.

I went to BK to order the Bogo on fish a 2nd for $2I ordered 1 regular 1 fiery large fry & a large fry my total came to $19 & change. I asked to see the receipt on why it cost so much, the manager came back & told me $5.99 for regular & $6.29 for fiery fish. I showed what the app said & was denied the Bogo offer, Never will I go to the BK @ College & Antioch in Overland Park KS.P.S. The manager was rude not willing to give me the offer It’s on the app & the internet. That BK lost my business!!!!!!

I was craving a whopper and thought I’d give in and get one here. So happy I did because after this disappointment I won’t be indulging in anymore of my cravings for a longggg time. I asked for no Mayo and my sandwich was covered in it and my fries were warm at best smhParking: Not an issue since it’s a huge parking lot

I had a very bad service last night at that burger king last night. Ordered at the drive-thru, Mexican or latino guy who works the drive-thru last night around 9PM is rude and has no respect for customers. If he's going to be one to work the drive-thru he needs to have that skill which is called active listening. He was not listening at all while I was telling him my order then finally didn't get my order and worst he told " LEAVE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO PLACE YOUR ORDER" I was so shocked I immediately drove to the window to record him then a lady came. Whoever is the Manager of that burger needs to structure that guy, he doesn't speak English well it's completely understandable but there is absolutely no excuse to be impolite or rude to customers.

Only person in drive thru and waited 10 minutes for very cold food. Cold onion rings and whopper jr. Also, onion rings were soggy and limp. I’m ok with waiting for hot food but not cold food that’s been

Didn't even get my food. Ordered around 8:45, got in line at 8:58pm and waited until 9:46 before I got to the window. There were only 4 cars ahead of me, and the lobby was CLOSED. Never going back. McDonald's and Wendy's over bk for life now.

I haven’t been to a Burger King in years but tried the one on Antioch Road, just south of College Blvd (It’s near the Big Biscuit). I saw an offer on their web site for a Double Whopper and a small fries for only $7 so I stopped in. Service was very good and the restaurant was exceptionally clean. Their burgers are very good and a much, much better value than other places like Whataburger. Check out the “Offers” on their website.

Almost 30 minutes on a single whopper. Ridiculous. If I hadn't paid online already I would leave. You should give your customers a heads up and give them a choice to wait longer than in a restaurant. I'll wait to order when I get there next time.
Ordered a whopper meal and kids meal. Asked for diet (as a diabetic) received regular. I was not handed a receipt, but get all spendatures sent to my phone. Thank God! Once I drove off and began opening the meal there were 3 gray and black hairs in the stale fries. I called to discuss refund of the food I am headed over state line and will not be returning for a while. At first I was told they couldn’t find the order. Then once recognizing I was there due to the drink remake they said they delete order history every couple orders and can’t get it. Then I was told to bring the food back in a few days when I return for a refund. I stated it is a health hazard to keep the gross old food. I was told no on the refund and oh well on the food and hung up on. I called back repeatedly to get the owner information for contact and was repeatedly answered and hung up on. The manager here is unprofessional.

This store is ridiculous. They no longer will give you water to drink. If you want water you now have to pay for a soft drink. Its pretty sad I had to eat my food with nothing to drink and could not take my meds on time all because they will not give you water.

Ordered a simple bacon and egg croissant NO cheese as I'm lactose intolerant. Shame on me thinking I won't need to check cause I got to my work only to find it with no bacon and marked EXTRA CHEESE. I was the only one in line and no one inside. #sohungry #sodisapointed.

My husband stopped to get us breakfast this morning and didn't get the orange juice he paid for. It shouldn't be that difficult to make sure the order is correct before handing it over. I know it's only orange juice, but it's the principle.
