We make it a tradition to come here every easter as a family. This year was no exception and we had reservations at one p m on sunday easter. We arrived and we were seated promptly, but we were seated at a fold out plastic table in a dining room with fold out lawn chairs. Mind you, we are spending a lot of money to come eat here as a family, To be sat at what essentially feels like a temporary table was laughable as there were various open tables. We went back to the host stand and addressed this, and were not only laughed we were made fun of by the host and staff in front of our faces. Shannon and Angelique were their names. It was absolutely rude and entirely uncalled for. As it was a holiday and we were hungry, we still waited for the next available table. Our waitress Sophia was nice and attentive and was the highlight of this otherwise rude experience. To be made fun of, and called names in front of my family and young children is unacceptable.

I went on a Saturday at 11:00 am. They were serving brunch. I had some pasta to die for. The bread sticks were good. I didn’t care for the small pastries. The roasted chicken was sooo good. I didn’t care for the bacon. It was not done enough for me. The waffles were good. I had a pancake and bacon casserole that wasn’t good. I would go again. It is expensive.

Was today Easter …FOOD was excellent our server was rude to our disabled veteran son. And she didn’t ask to separate the bill. When we did she wasn’t happy. Everyone else gave a good tip more than deserved to cover for the veteran as he is on disability. She didn’t consider the whole tip. She glared at him and called a cheap skate. Her name was Kelly at OP KS. She also pushed into him with her water picher on the way out. Very Rude.

Great buffet for Easter Dinner! Everything was hot and fresh, and there was plenty of it, which was hard because they were soooo busy. Pizza made to order. Kids loved they could have many flavors of ice cream. We had a pleasant and attentive waitress. She kept our drinks full.

food was amazing but Shannon and angelic were so rude and nasty and that little short pink and black haired girl was horrendous and looks like the strawberries they served us at a foldable unsteady table and told us we needed to be done by 2:30 even though we had A reservation our server was good other wise Sophia I believe she was very nice butDietary restrictions: Milk

Our family loves Cinzetti's. From salads, to soups, pasta, pizza, and finally the dessert bar. There is something for everyone of every age!

Price too high; poor customer service; poorly organized. They just sort of sit you down and don't tell you what's happening except that a server will come. When is not clear. Are you supposed to wait in limbo for them to come in order to just get a water or something? There's no indication of what's going on; some places stuff is behind glass? it's sort of a chaotic nightmare. I just walked out!

It was really really good but the sauces like the alfredo and marinara sauce could be a little thicker but overall good eats!!!

I had a reservation at 6 but was not seated until 6:35 I do believe others were put ahead. Our server was great, and as always, the food was great.

We are wanting to express our gratitude for the exceptional experience my family and I had during our recent visit. As a family of five, it can sometimes be challenging to find a place that caters to our needs and provides a welcoming environment for all, including our little one. However, from the moment we stepped through your doors, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that exceeded our expectations.I must commend Bambi, our waitress, for her outstanding service. She went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was nothing short of fantastic. Her attentiveness, helpfulness, and genuine interaction with our children, particularly our baby, truly made our visit memorable. Moreover, I was impressed by the dedication and hard work of the kitchen staff. The food was not only delicious but also presented with care and attention to detail. It was evident that the entire team takes pride in delivering top-notch culinary delights!!From the diverse meal options to the delectable desserts, every aspect of our dining experience surpassed our expectations. It is clear that your establishment values excellence and customer satisfaction, and we are incredibly grateful for the effort that was put into making our first visit such a delightful one.Thank you once again for providing us with a memorable dining experience. Rest assured, we will be recommending this establishment to our friends and family, and we look forward to returning in the near future.?
