Found a store that provides balanced and nutritional meals for me since I had a heart attack. These meals meet my dietitians recommendation.

Not great but not horrible. Tried 6 different meals. They averaged $10 and the portions are pretty small. Some meals were alright but most meals were just meh. Will not get again but worth a try if you have no time to cook and don't eat a lot I suppose.

Amazing! For those who call the food bland, it’s supposed to be healthy — therefore more natural ingredients and less of the bad stuff that make food unhealthy / greasy / etc… don’t shop for healthy food and complain about it not tasting like the unhealthy food you’re used to! It’s DELICIOUS KAREN

I have been here a couple of times and it's good. They changed to vaccum sealed food after the pandemic which probably also improved the shelf life of the food. I can imagine this would work for someone who is looking for healthy lunch. I rated it 3 stars because I couldn't find any dishes that I like.

I used to come here faithfully, but those prices are just a little to high for me. Don't get me wrong the meals are delicious! However $11 for each meal plus a snack is almost $40 for a day worth of food. If you are wanting something healthy and easy to travel with I would suggest this establishment. They have atleast 40 meal options and they are just ready for you to heat up and eat! Each meal has microwave suggestions so that is a nice part too!

Can't say for the price since we receive meals free from my wife's work, but these are really good and convenient.

I wasn’t too impressed with this place. For someone who is always looking for healthy options for eating places near my work I was excited when they first opened. However, for the so-so food you get its overpriced and not anything amazing. I rather meal prep my own food or if I forgot my lunch there are better options for the same price you spend here.

The food is great and so filling. I know it may be a little more expensive than the store bought brands, however it is way more filling and so much food packed in that little container. Love it!

Eat for lunch most of the work week to get my work done and out of the office earlier. I find them filling and delicious. Favorite is the Salmon Alfredo followed by the Fajita Steak Bowl.
