Normally it's probably fine, but at the moment the regular restaurant is closed and they are operating out of a small meeting room at the Holiday Inn with limited hours and one server. It's OK but not great.

I won’t even give this a half a star takes 45 plus minutes to get a house salad!!! The waiter refuses to open the second door to the conference room hotter then he** and I will say when the lady is working everything is running smooth no huge wait times basically it’s the gentleman’s fault 100%, here for work will be taking every opportunity to take this place of our list !!

Never once have I been so disrespected by someone answering the phone I asked a simple question what are you serving on the menu his only reply to me was food Obviously you don't want to do your job But that's OK I just hope the right person see this an you lose your job Anthony like this company just lost my business

The actual restaurant is being renovated and so customers are being served in a hotel conference room. Not a great atmosphere.The waitress, however, was friendly, fun and made us feel welcome.Food choices were very limited and expensive. There was no way for us to order a small amount of food for a small price. While the food was good, it was just too much.

AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Read the 5 star reviews carefully... These folks are being nice.... Nobody works here..... For real, food is expensive, PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!I was informed that the restaurant was closed "due to repairs"But.... full restaurant services are available through the meeting room.I went to the meeting room and found the situation " described by the pictures attached" to be a vacant room with tables set similar to a cafe. Best described as CREEPY....TWILIGHT ZONE MATERIAL.....NO JOKE FRIENDS, NO BUENO. After 5 minutes the server showed up, she could not have been a more pleasant and kind individual, she showed the signs of being quite obviously over tasked. I ordered a cheese burger and fries (medium rare) ...(the server asked pink or NO pink) as well as cheese curds. I was informed that I was the ONLY Customer... this is important....please take note of that fact.45 min later I was served my appetizer.... At almost $1 a piece the food was served as ordered. My cheeseburger came at 55 min after ordering, Cooked well done. The garnishes (LTOP) were concerning, OVERALL INEDIBLE, I DID NOT EAT. I will omit my conversation with the staff but somehing IS NOT GOING WELL HERE. I will NOT dine here in the future. AVOID! AVOID! CONSIDER TACOBELL... GO TO MCDONALDS, EAT SOME STRING CHEESE... DO.... NOT... EAT... HERE....NOTE.... Drinks were timely and delivered without delay.

I checked Google, to see if the Green Mill was open for business. The hours were also listed. So, my wife and I drove over to Green Mill. My wife's daughter was going to meet us. When I arrived, the doors were locked and a sign listed the restaurant was closed.With all the lights in. This was around10:30 AM on December 15, 2022.I had eaten here, years ago. I don't live in the area. Probably won't go back, open or not.

Don't expect even a quarter of the stuff on their online menu. I went there hoping to find some deep dish pizza, and got some seriously disappointing thin pizza like substance.

Just left from standing in line for 10 mins while a server talked to customers and the place wasn’t even busy. Those customers he was talking to kept looking at us knowing the guy was taking to long.

I was here several times in December 2021 and January 2022 and LOVED this place. The staff were friendly, service was great, and the food was hot and tasty, the result of an awesome manager.HOWEVER... today was a quite different experience.I ordered as I sat down, having been here often enough to know the menu. After I had sat for 10 minutes I had to motion for my first cup of coffee. I watched as 3 other customers, who entered AFTER I CAME IN, got their food. I tried to help myself to a second cup, and found both coffee pots on the main counter empty, so the customers next to me shared their pot with me. I got my own creamer and sweetener from another customer, who eventually left because their service was as horrible as mine.I also watched as a plate sat on the counter. Eventually one of the wait staff tried to offer it to me, but it was not what I had ordered and I refused it. I have a sneaking suspicion that this same plate came out to me a few minutes later after the meat had been changed out because the eggs were rubbery, and the potatoes were cold. Since I had been waiting an hour already I told the waitress I would accept it if she could find me a coffee pot and bring me some silverware with which to eat it.I frequent this area, and am going to have to change hotels for my next stay. I miss Tamara, the manager I am familiar with, as she made this place very comfortable for me, and I could count on delicious hot food. Maybe it's merely her day off , and we all need days off... but...Green Mill you should make a change here...you're losing folks.

I work for the railroad and came here from Los Angeles for company training at Johnson county community college I was staying at the holiday inn and decided to try the bar downstairs Robin was really cool friendly and helpful she was nice welcoming me to Kansas City can't wait to come back again! My favorite beer was the Tank 7 it got the job done lol.
