Once waited 20 minutes at the counter while the employees served everyone at the drive thru. Cashier was unsuccessfully trying to construct a Rube Goldberg machine on the food prep counter when I walked in, glanced in my direction and uttered something unintelligible before rolling her eyes and returning to her construction project. It was not an amazing day for food at Jack in the Box. Saw our food get finished and sit on the counter for minutes before they bagged it for us. Food was no longer hot. Very disappointing.
