Convaelo Graciela, was the BEST cashier I've had in a long time. He had a huge line to contend with but took his time and was knowledgeable about the menu, not to mention hilarious!!!!!! Thank you for making me feel like you actually appreciated my business. Someone PLEASE promote this man! :)

My order was not correct. Ordered a 4 piece only chicken box and asked for a leg, a thigh, a breast and a wing. Instead they gave me 2 breasts, and two thighs.

Placed order though an app went though drive up was told had to go inside to pick up my order which was very inconvenient as it was also raining , this was first time have heard this in a drive up, was told thats what the employees was instructed, by who there manager or corporate? very poor customer service..

I don’t know where to begin. Today was my 2nd visit within the last couple months. Neither time has my order been correct but this time I checked before leaving. They were very good about correcting the order. But the food is just plain tasteless. Where are all those herbs and spices they advertise. And I think they must be using birds’ wings….never seen chicken wings this small. The biscuit tasted like paper mache. And I won’t even try to describe the help. I may try KFC again but never at this location.

I was treated poorly by your staff in the drive thru. I asked for my receipt and they didn't give it to me because the guy working the register was insufficiently trained for his position.

Properly train your staff. Kid was very rude at the time of order, acted like I was wasting his time for asking a question about a menu item. He actually scoffed with his response. The guy that processed the payment didn't know how to print a receipt.

Worst KFC EVER. Cancelled my online pickup order - I had to explain what happened. And they sold me entirely different meals than I ordered. Outrageous
