The Manager was taking our order and did not tell us of upcharges for bagel bread, as they ran out of 3 types of bread for the sandwich of pick2. Kansas Panera's are more expensive by $5 more than Missouri Panera's. 2024.
Food is consistent for Panera. The dine-in experience is hit or miss. Great to eat outside in the back courtyard when it's nice, but the chairs are … worn. Inside the scent sometimes is weird, it's a little dark, and the restrooms can be rough. Considering we stopped in AFTER lunch hours, was disappointed at lack-luster service (had to ask for spoons and napkins when soup was ordered), restaurant was dirty, and restroom needed supplies...this was my first visit to this location and will drive further out to spend my money elsewhere in the future.
