“Food is consistent for Panera. The dine-in experience is hit or miss. Great to eat outside in the back courtyard when it's nice, but the chairs are … worn. Inside the scent sometimes is weird, it's a little dark, and the restrooms can be rough. The staff have always been really nice, and the convenience of ordering at the kiosks and picking up online orders to go is very convenient.Vegetarian options: Ordering at the kiosk or online makes it super easy to customize meals to be vegetarian and accommodate other dietary needs.“
“I was having a pretty rough day and went to this location for some food after work, and the workers were all extremely kind to me. I placed my order and it came within 10 minutes, and an employee put a surprise cookie in it which made my week. Amazing employees and lovely environment, definitely recommend.“
“I go to this Panera lot for lunch, it’s close to my work, it’s hot and the food is always delicious. But the last few times I’ve ordered online for in store pickup I’ll see my order sitting behind the counter ready to go..I know they’re busy during lunch rush but it’s consistently 5-10 minutes that it just sits back there and it’s difficult to get anyone’s attention to help me and just pass it across the counter. I love the food here, it’s just frustrating to sit there and watch your food get cold behind the counter.“
“They have some of the best sandwiches, soups and salads. I have an autoimmune disease and can't have a lot of gluten. They have a great menu that accommodates that! Service is always great and the drive thru is a blessing at the end of a long day!“

I am a Sips club member, and this kind of service is why I spend a LOT of money in Panera on food!!!! Manny is the best - totally converted me from Starbucks where I usually go!!!“
