I've tired calling for days. I didn't want to leave a bad review, but it seems this is the only way to get ahold of anyone. I ordered a cheese pizza, light sauce. The sauce was oozing out of the pizza.
The food is fine - it's Pizza Hut, so there's more flavor than from Papa John's bland "better ingredients" or Sarpino's burnt cheese - but there has been a problem with each of the past 3-4 delivery orders due to Pizza Hut's implementation of DoorDash delivery. Either the DoorDash driver contacts me saying that the food isn't ready while Pizza Hut has dispatched its own driver to deliver it, or the food is half an hour later than the ETA, or they don't add the right mix of toppings. Pizza Hut's IT is also a huge problem. The mobile website doesn't display what's in my cart, including the topping preferences. I don't know if any of that is the store's fault - I'd tend to think it's the corporation's fault and is out of the franchisees' hands - but it is causing me to not order from Pizza Hut again. (Not that I'm ordering from Papa John's or Sarpino's, either - just hoping Pizza Hut can let customers know when they get their IT working right again.)

Never received my order. I have been waiting on a refund for 2 months. I have called their customer service number 4 separate times and keep being told “upper management will contact me in 1-3 business days”. This recent call, I was told I declined the refund. When they brought it back up, I was told incorrect information that had been right all the other calls.

Wrong, cold pizzas and missing item. I put a tip online and when they delivered, the driver had my wife sign for additional tip. I called, no answer. Left message, no response. Completed solicited survey they emailed to me. Submitted complaint to corporate... No Response. They get no more of my business.

Food was just perfect, can't complaint at all but customer service just terrible. The way they treated another customer was very rude. I understand that the place was packed and the employee under pressure but that can be fixed with training and guidance from a manager.
This location has had a lot of under staff issues but they have maintained the kind and friendly service as well as the fresh and hot pizza every time. The manager (not sure of her name) always goes out of her way to make service great. I always tip when I carry out to show them that their work is appreciated too, especially in the cold weather. Thank you for your great, friendly and fresh service/food!
There wasn't any sauce for the bread Stix. The 4 corners or half the pizza lacked sauce cheese and topping. When I tried to make manager aware they didn't answer the phone.

The people who work here really try to give the best customer service. I ordered a large pizza on the app and have rewards to use. the app was putting my rewards in the cart but not applying them to my order. I was very frustrated with the online app but the young lady that helped me in the store today was very accommodating. Pizza hut needs to fix the app. I am sure the store employees get allot of complaints about it and they really can't do anything about it.

They will give your food to door dash and when door dash doesn’t deliver it they will tell you to call them and then never answer the phone again

Our last 2 orders have ended up being delivered by doordash and both ended up at the wrong house. The first time we called they corrected the order. However the second time we called we had to leave a message saying someone will call back shortly, well we are going on 5 days and 5 voice messages asking for someone to call us and refund that meal, no such luck. They even sent an email asking how we did and no one has responded from that survey. Save your time and order from another pizza place. Using a third party company to deliver is not smart as they could care less if the order is right and if it gets delivered to the right place.
