So, I'm standing in line, and instead of acknowledging me, you take that order of the kid that walked up next to me. Is this how this establishment works? You overlook a 6'5" African American and take the order of another ethnicity. If you don't want my kind in there, post a sign, and I'll avoid your establishment. ?

Visited this establishment yesterday. I went in to order and came out with a fabulous meal and customer service experience!I ordered the three piece meal with extra Cane sauce and fries extra crispy. The order came out in a timely manner. It was hot, fresh and accurate. I was very pleased with the taste as well.Raising Cane's offers a high quality meal for a great price. Their customer service is also top notch. I'll definitely be back!!!Kid-friendliness: Kids will love this spot. Most kids love chicken strips so they'll be in heaven.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible parking and entrance/exit.
Food is always good but for the Love of All that is holy can you PLEASE offer some ranch, not everybody likes cane

Pretty good for fast food, chicken at all there locations I’ve been at have been juicy and not dry. Breading could use more flavor. The only complaint I have is that the company uses plastic bags and styrofoam containers for drive thru when the rest of the fast food industry uses paper bags, and paper wraps/cardboard. But at least r.canes uses paper cups while others use styrofoam/plastic cups. So it’s not a total loss.This location is ok. It’s located in an odd place tho, it’s surrounded by hotels closely. The drive thru lady was nice when ordering and at the window I was asked if I wanted ketchup for my fries, I said yes but never got it in the bag.
