Red door is always packed for a good reason! They have amazing food and great atmosphere. What I love most is their 5 dollar burger Mondays. The burgers are simply amazing! Thick thick cut of beef patty cooked to perfection to your liking. fresh vegies, and the fries! So crispy and yet soft in middle. Easily the best burger in town, and yet it's only 5 Dollars. It's 100 times better than any fast food burger for 1/2 the price! Where else can you get something like this, anywhere in America? One variant of the burger is the blue cheese burger, that is my favorite. Honestly I have yet to try their other foods, but I just can't get past burgers for the time being. I would go every Monday if I could.

I had an amazing prime rib and my wife had delicious fish. We had the chicken wings as an appetizer and they were great. I really liked the sauce and the wonderful flavor the wood fired grill gave them. Taylor provided us with great service.

I have been to the Red Door Grill in Lenexa and I couldn't say enough great things about it. My mom and I were out near the one off 159th today and stopped in for dinner. Server was very nice but I asked for no beans on my nachos and I got beans. She offered to get me a new order and I declined, which I shouldn't have cause it was gross. I asked for a slice of turtle cheesecake to go and it was brought out to me on a plate. I told the guy I wanted it to go and he rolled his eyes and walked away. The server brought my to go cheesecake out and it had just been scraped off the plate and into the to go container. I was not offered a discount for the gross nachos. Also was awkwardly stared at by some worker guys that were coming out of the back room and one of them came over and asked if we were done with some plates. This wasn't a good experience.

One of our favorite restaurants, our server Amanda was great, but our chicken sandwich was over cooked with a dry bun that fell apart when eating, worse meal we have ever had at your restaurant. We ordered edamane and pretzel bites which were delicious.

Red Door hamburgers are much better than most. A bit noisy for casual conversation. Prices have escalated some along with all other restaurants and the advertised $5 hamburger days is no more. Fried chicken day is worth trying.

Over cooked steak twice. We ate the second one (which was also bad) because we didn't want to stay any longer and we were very hungry. On valentines day. Our app took forever. Luckily we had cancelled our movie or we likely wouldn't have gotten to go. 2 hours for steak and an app. No manager visit. No comp. Just our poor server apologizing. She was awesome. She is why we will likely come back. Just not on valentines day.

Every thing was great except the size of our booth. Both sides of the booth were way too small - our chests were up against the table and it was difficult to eat (none of us are obese). In retrospect we should have asked for a different table, but our son & his wife were already seated and the hostess just pointed to the booth from the front desk (which was on the other side of the restaurant). We had reservations. That booth should be converted to seating on just one side or something. Wonderful food, great service, but the booth makes this a one-star review.
Looked up places to visit before coming to Overland Park and this restaurant was on the top of the list. My coworker and I visited on a Tuesday night and the place was packed! Always a good sign! We had the prime rib egg rolls for an appetizer they were delicious, my coworker had a French Dip it looked amazing and she loved it! I had the jalepeno battered chicken sandwich and ????? so good! The fries were top notch! The atmosphere of this place was buzzing which I love! The service was excellent! Definitely suggest coming here if you’re ever in the area!
