I had a great first experience at this location earlier this week but today not so much. There was granola crumbs not actual granola on my bee stinger bowl. hardly any fruit and so much honey on the outside of the cup that it got all over me, my car and was leaking everywhere because it was mostly liquid.

typically a great day with smoothie king. customer service is lacking today and there was no manager present to support the weak staff. received attitude and criticsm from the employee after submitting an order & ended having to cancel because she was so rude !

Smoothie King is a great place to find a healthy meal replacement. Or....you could do what I do and add to a lunch by getting a 32oz Peanut Power Plus smoothie for dessert which is NOT the intended purpose. I haven't had a smoothie that I didn't like but the Peanut Power Plus (strawberry) is like drinking a PB&J sandwich. It's amazing. Does it have around 1,000 calories? Yes. Is it worth it every time? Also a hard yes. I suggest everyone reading this to try it out. Have more self control than I do, but definitely go to Smoothie King.

Went inside, the lady today was rude. I ordered my drink, didn't ask what size i wanted, she asked "card or cash" once i said card she push the button and walked away without asking if i would like my receipt. But ask the man that was next in line, she was super nice too

Loud atrocious music. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes before anybody came up there. Employee ignored phone calls, didn’t greet me. Very unfriendly. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any smoothie king ever

I'm so upset. I placed a mobile order on the app and it said pick up at 10:47. I took me maybe 7 minutes to get there and I saw my order wasn't sitting there. So I wait. 10 minutes go by 3 people have already came in, ordered, and got their drinks. 20 minutes goes by. The girl there hasn't even acknowledge me... 30 minutes go by. 6 people have already gone in and out. I finally speak up and say something and she says "No I don't have an online order." Finally a kind lady helped me see if I was at the right location and I of course wasn't. I leave the store around 11:20. I finally get to the right location and I tell the staff what happened and they were so sweet and even offered to remake my drink. They also said that they were appalled by how that girl at the other location treated me and to just come to their location next time.12050 W.135th St. THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. 135th in Metcalf... do better! and know what kind of people you're hiring!! This girl acted the whole time like she always had a chip on her shoulder and she hated everyone. Not impressed.
Made an order online, go to pick it up and the store is closed. No one reached out to me until i had to call and complain almost 2 hrs after. Per the manager Taeler the whole morning shift overslept and no one opened the store. No one bothered to contact me to let me know of this, i had to call the location and wait another 3 hrs for the “manager” to contact me and let me know what happened. Zero accountability.

Dirtiest smoothie king ever. Not only is the store a mess, but the young man making mine kept wiping his hair and brow then made the smoothie without washing his hands or using gloves. And he got the order wrong twice, I had to walk him through what goes in it.
