Came in today with a party of 20. Called in advance and got on their waitlist.... We were told we may still have to wait. But we didn't.. they sat us immediately and our waitress, Kay was very personable and a joy...and of course biscuits and gravy were great. Thank you for accommodating our crowd so well

I’m giving the staff and food 5 stars! But let’s talk about Mark the Manager/host. Walking in to a half empty restaurant we walked to the host stand. After waitin 5-7 mins a waitress walked up and let us know we could sit at the bar because she isn’t allowed to seat anyone and she would take care of us or we could wait on Mark to seat us. She went to find Mark. A few mins later they come out of the back, you hear Mark say “chill out, they can wait”. Now there are 8 other people waiting to be seated.Mark proceeds to talk to another employee CLEARLY mocking the waitress that came to find him. After 5 more mins Mark comes to the host stand where he doesn’t acknowledge any of the 10 customers waiting. (He blames the wait on the kitchen) yet my food came out before I could even order. Lol. While myself and the other families waited, everyone mentioned Marks lack of urgency, communication, and general customer service.

Most their servers are on point but i personally always make sure I get Kendra when she's working. She is the best server ever with more energy than I could even fathom having. She's amazing. I like that this store is always kept clean other than the bathroom always smells like sewer gas. Wish management would get that problem fixed. This location never disappoints.

THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS WELCOMING THE BIG BISCUIT IS 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD!!!! AND THE FOOD WAS SOOOOO GOOD WE WENT BACK THE VERY NEXT DAY WITH SOME MORE FRIENDS!!!!! SOO IF YOU ARE EVER IN THIS AREA MAKE SURE YOU STOP BY AND TELL THEM JEREMY SENT YOU!!!?
The best place for breakfast and value for your dollar. Huge country breakfast and also great healthy items as well. I love everything I've tried there. One of my favorites is the bonut with strawberries and cream, and their cinnamon pancakes. They also have the best buttery biscuits and that gravy no wonder it's called the big biscuit! Service is great!

They asked for our phone number as it was a 30mins wait. Small waiting area so we were outside, after 40 minutes waiting we aren’t inside and ask about times and.. an old timer wasn’t using the text system but “yelling” party of x numbers. Lots of people outside waiting and this manager doing a bad job. We were sit down after and our food arrived by plates. All four of us received our food plates with minutes in between and my freaking “toast” bread never arrived. From all locations in JoCo, this one is by far super bad.
