Food as always was excellent, restaurant was really cold and food got cold quickly, worst of all was the server, water glass stayed empty for quite a long time even after requesting a refill. After dinner it took the server three times to deliver a clean to go box as during the trips different things happened and the box got wet and dirty. Upon trying to pay the check it took the server an extremely long time to close out the check. We will be back as usual, but will watch to see who serves us

Heard good things, but the brunch was not ‘it'. Huge cocktail menu and large portions, but nothing was ‘interesting'. Very beige, if you get my drift. There a ton of better options for brunch.

Server was overwhelmed and kept forgetting to check on us or bring thing that we asked for with us asking numerous times. A couple of our food items weren't hot when they came out, I told the server but she didn't say anything about it so we just boxed it up to take home. Normally the service we get there is pretty good but this time was just off.

Good is always amazing, drinks are fantastic, does seem to have a lot of turnover. I like to see the same servers when I go into a restaurant, unfortunately you don't get this here.

Suspect they were short staff on Easter Sunday. First we were seated in the back room instead of the main dining room. Atmosphere was less appealing. Chairs were very uncomfortable. My back is still hurting a day later. Waited almost an hour for food to arrive after ordering. Was told the other dining room was very busy and they were behind. Eggs and sausage on my meal were lukewarm and toast was not delivered with the meal. Two main courses were ordered to delete one spicy ingredient but when food came an hour later, the spicy sauce was on the food. They replaced the food for our two guests but by the time it came, the rest of our party had long finished eating our meals. Two meals were comped and three free desserts were provided but the overall experience ruined what we thought would be a nice Easter brunch.

Service and food was outstanding, Riley our waitress could not have been more kind and informative. My wife ask if they had a drink with pinapple and sweet, she said the bartneder could create one and he did and my wife loved it, we were celabrating our Grand- Daughters 18th Birthday. Good time had by s all.

I had heard such great things about this restaurant, but unfortunately, the flavors I encountered on my visit fell short of the hype and expectations. I ordered the chicken and waffles. While the chicken skin wasn't crispy, and it was overall fairly lacking in flavor, the only thing that really popped with goodness was the tiny side of chicken gravy that it came with. The side of grits I ordered was undercooked and boring as well. Overall, very unimpressed.

Really enjoyed it! Great atmosphere, great service, really enjoyed the food. I had the jambalaya pasta. Had a nice cajun kick that I enjoyed.Had both the French Bottoms Old Fashioned and the Black Irish Old Fashioned. Not clear to me why one is served with one large ice cube (better way to go) and the other with small ice cubes but the flavor of both was great (the French Bottoms had the large ice cube if you care). My dad raved about the burnt end appetizer, saying it was as good as it gets. My parents can be chatty and our server Riley was very kind to humor them and was very helpful. We had a great experience!

I was very surprise by my experience this past weekend. My jambalaya pasta dish was dry and overcooked. The chickenand sausage was burnt. I only enjoyed the few pieces of shrimp I found in the dish. I left majority of the meal on the table. The waitress noticed I didn’t eat my meal, so I shared my concerns. She told me the best dishes are the ones prepared by the celebrity chef. In other words I should stick to the “featured” dishes on the menu. I thought that was very unprofessional. I should be able to select any item from the menu and expect my food to be cooked properly. I’ve had brunch at Brass Onion and was a fan. I heard dinner was better so I couldn’t wait to try it for date night. Although he enjoyed his macaroni and cheese dish, we were surprised to find it had small, salad shrimp instead of medium or larger size shrimp. Not a hill he wanted to die on. The drinks we selected were flavorful but too much ice. I was expected a rock so the drink wouldn’t get watered down. Overall I am glad I gave them a try but it’s no longer on my list.

fried chicken yummy this is a nickname lol

Was here around 2-3 years ago. We ordered the Cheeseburger & Fry, the Jambalaya, and the Gumbo.Jambalaya and gumbo was amazing, but the cheeseburger was way too smoky for my taste.Other than that, pretty good place and the atmosphere looks pretty nice.

Really enjoyed the food! Service started out very slow... took a long time for someone to come to the table after being seated. After that all started ended up being better. Will return.

Went here for all of their weekend specials, from the appetizers, to the drinks, to the entrees. I suggest subscribing to their email list, because we often come in for these types of specials. The service was great as always, we love coming here.
