I have waited an hour before in the drive thru... currently in it today thought I would give it a chance seeing there was only one car ahead... you guys I have been sitting in the drive thru for over thirty minutes. My toddler in the back seat losing his mind. They need a better system it should not take this long. I don't get it, they need to have someone working on drive thru orders or something. Excellent customer service and food! All employees were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Food delivery is always the best and timely. I'm very pleased with the overall quality of service ?

We LOVE Tropical Smoothie in our hometown but we were very displeased with the service we received at this location. Order process was very slow and painful. Mistakes were made. Sandwiches were slow to be made and not all were cut or made properly. Smoothies were not fully blended. The prompt service we normally receive tool well more than 2x as long. Overall food was good.
