“Very yummy!! My favorite place to go when in the area! Delicious food, wonderful people who work hard to serve amazing food, and clean, nice, comfortable place to eat lunch or dinner with family or friends!! Please try it! You’re missing out if you don’t!!????“
“The staff are so friendly and helpful here! They make you feel like you are at a nice, full service restaurant. Food is always yummy, good sized portions & they don't skimp on meat on the sandwiches. Quick service & the restaurant is always clean.“
“A decently-sized lunch buffet for a weekday. The buffet even included some sambal and idlis which were alright. The curries, naan, biriyani, and mango lassi were good. The desserts on the other hand were decent although only vanilla ice cream was offered.“
“I ordered the Hulk and chicken quesadilla and I have no regrets. The quesadilla is packed full of protein and it pairs really well either way the salsa they make. It's a bit pricey but everything there is made fresh and what I like about it is how all the macros are all laid out for you. For someone watching what they eat or if you're trying to count your macros I do believe protein house does a wonderful job outlining all the information you would need. The hulk was delicious I normally go for the peanut butter shakes but this was so tasty and such a great shakeup to my normal routine.“
“As Vegetarians, Cafe Gratitude is one of our favorite dining options. The meal options are over-the-top delicious and healthy. Staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. We take our guests from out of town because it is so unique and special.“
“A friend suggested we stop here for lunch when I mentioned I was trying really hard to stick to healthier eating habits. The atmosphere was great & the workers were super friendly and welcoming. The salads are huge and delicious! Will definitely come back when I'm in the area.“
“I knew it would be good but it was SO amazing and so flavorful. Friendly fast service. So much food for the price. Will be back again asap. We got vegetarian but I can’t wait to come back and try everything else.Dietary restrictions: They asked if we wanted gluten free. Nice touch.“
“Matthew took great care of watching out for food allergies and offering suggestions on meals. The Edame Guacamole dip on gluten-free pita bread a grwat starter. Steak salad was tasty and rare just right with meat on the tough side which was surprising as it looked perfect. The pot roast dip sandwich was very good. A great date night was had. Thank you.Vegetarian options: Several choices we'll marked and your server will be happy to point you to good options.Dietary restrictions: Gluten, pork, almonds, mango, dairy and chocolate. Still plenty to choose from or options to make a dish safe for you.Parking: Street parking full and was able to park in free parking garage right next door. Plenty of lighting and felt safe.“
“Came in today just on a whim. I've had Mediterranean but it's not my go-to so I thought to mix it up and this was in the area. I was pleasantly surprised by the food.I started with a cup of Lentil soup. It was flavorful and subtle at the same time. I would definitely order a bowl next time.Following up, I ordered a gyro with a side of basmati. The gyro overall was good, but the taste of their sauce was a little too subtle than what I've had in the past. I also can't be too sure, but the cut of the lamb didn't seem fresh off the wheel like I've had before. It was good, but I did ask for a small side of tzatziki and tahini for extra pop. Basmati was good as well but I ended up using some of the tahini on that as well for some added flavor.I ended the meal with their assorted dessert plate to sample everything they had. The Ballourie (the thing that looks like a pair of Twix) was my favorite overall. Followed by the Burma Pistachio, which kind of tasted like sunflower seeds wrapped in shredded wheats, covered in honey; oddly delicious. The least, but still good, was the Baklava, which was a little too crunchy and not as tasty as the others. I'd order the assortment again, but I'd say one plate is good for one person, rather than to be shared. Now I will comment that even though the crew was nice, they were also not always present. I believe they must have been running a skeleton crew because the front person was also running to the kitchen to cook. That being said, this is definitely one of those places that feels more like an "order at the counter and eat at the table" sort of spot, rather than a full service. All the same, kind staff and was attentive with water and bussing when in eyesight. If I'm in the area, I'll definitely stop in again. Happy and well fed ?“
“I used to go here all the time with my family. It's mostly CYO salad, sandwich, or bowl, so the menu items are kinda basic. But they're expecting you to add and modify the dishes, and they have lots of options, so make sure to do that!“
“Not many words needed for the service, food, atmosphere.everything was great. If you’re going, be sure to make sure Cyrus is taking care of you! I’d leave more than 5 stars if i could. The lady and I visited from wichita and we’d go more often if we could. Cyrus if you see this, thanks bro!! can’t wait to come back!“
“A staple brunch spot for my boyfriend and I. We always share the Salmon Benedict and Potato Bowl add 1 egg & bison sausage. We recently tried the French Toast as well- no surprise, it’s amazing! It’s not cheap for brunch but the freshness and taste is 100% worth it.“
“Nautical Bowls is absolutely amazing!!! The flavors are all delicious and they are all healthy for you! It’s like eating a dessert for a meal but it’s not a dessert! The staff is amazing and are very knowledgeable. If you’ve never had an açaí bowl, they can walk you through the flavors and pick a bowl that is for you! I recommend the Sunrise bowl and the Big Island Bowl! Sooooo good!!“
