“I really like the pizza and menu. The delivery people were very engaging and smiling. That's a big plus in my opinion.Parking: Was very easy to navigate.Kid-friendliness: I have a granddaughter with down syndrome. She is able to enjoy the atmosphere and that's saying a lot.“
“This was our first time here. Angelo's layout is a hot mess! The waiting area is right in middle of where they bring out everyone's food and drink, where the servers have to go through that area to get your food to you. You have to keep vigilant while waiting for your table or you will get ran over by wait staff which almost happened to us twice. I felt sorry for the wait staff that have to deal with this to make a living and I tipped accordingly solely because of this. Speaking of which, our server was polite and pleasant. Now onto the food. I ordered Lasagna which consisted of 2 layers of Lasagna noodles,.a meat layer then another layer of lasagna noodle at the bottom. Then they smother it in sauce and throw a square of mozzarella on top and bake it so that you can't easily tell what's in it. I'm no Gordon Ramsay but I know lasagna. No ricotta, or any other cheese in the middle. I complained and they took off the lasagna from our ticket There was no pushback. Everyone else's meal seemed good and the pizza was decent. They do not offer a veterans discount which we found to be a bit odd but since they took off the lasagna it was a wash.Their bread is phenomenal. Like Nothing you will have anywhere else. Next time we go back it will be for the bread and Chicken Parmesan or Fettuccine Alfredo. We do plan to return now that we know what's good.“
“My granddaughter and I share special memories of eating at this one of a kind restaurant for the past 10 years. It's both our very favorite place to dine in Wichita. Too good to be considered fast food. Every item is unique and delectable.“
“This pizza is too delicious.....I am almost heartbroken I waited this long to try it. It is the cutest place I felt like I walked into the 90s or something maybe the 80s just warm awesome simple atmosphere- food gets called out on an intercom system. These pizzas are enormous! Super nice and hard working staff! Definitely need to visit here if you haven't - ten $ a slice for their specialty pizzas - sooo worth it ???Vegetarian options: Fantastic tasty options for the veggie heads❤️Dietary restrictions: Gluten free cauliflower options ?“
“This Old Chicago restaurant was really good. I got the make your own Calzone, which was really good. The wife got the Meatball sandwich which she didn't like, but I thought was ok. We also ordered chicken strips for the kid, but ended up with a chicken tender sandwich. The server corrected the order and even removed it from our bill. Overall, really happy we stopped.“
“Aluxa made my whole experience 10/10! I was in town visiting for work and her bubbly and infectious personality made me feel like I was a regular here. The food and beer only complimented her personality and made me want to come back! If I’m ever in town for work again I will be back here drinking the raspberry sour and hanging with her. She deserves a raise x 10“
“Service here is always friendly and workers are quick and consistant in quality of their work.I wasn't overly thrilled with the pizza as I paid 50 bucks for 3 which is about at least double what I would have paid at my normal pizza places. But part of it could have been my fault as we had bought them a day ahead of when we needed as we had to work the following day. Probably should have frozen them to keep them optimal? They just were kind of bland and soggy after baking. Didn't think one day would make that much difference bit maybe it does.“
“Eeverything you could want from an authentic Napoli pizzeria. Absolute top notch service! Happy hour is a fantastic deal with half priced wine and small plate selections which are outstanding. Pizza is cooked in a Neapolitan oven and presented with flair. An awesome experience and a delightful meal!“
“We decided to try Deanos for dinner - we hadn't been in quite some time. We were seated immediately, and our server ran through the night's specials. Hubs chose the ribeye, veggies, and mashed potatoes. He said the steak was cooked perfectly, although he did have to S&P it some. He loved the mashed potatoes! I ordered their French dip sandwich (a special-not on the menu) and decided the soup of the day would make a good side: black bean stew. Both were so delicious! The soup had sausage- probably the same they put on their pizza - and black beans. It was scrumptious. The sandwich was very good, too. Another plus: they brought a carafe of water so I could refill as often as I needed. Yes!The only somewhat negative: our server said it was whiskey night, and pours were $5. Hubs ordered a double, which was $11. Nothing major - just odd.“
“The family friendly pizza place of Clifton Square, on Douglas Street and between Hillside and Oliver. A tasty flatbread style pizza is found here, and is at its best when you go for the lunch special where you can get just two slices. I’ve had some fine meals and great experiences here with the family, especially during nicer weather on the patio. It’s pretty laid back inside with comfortable booths when they are available and service is relaxed and average, which is fine for a place like this. We most recently tried the enchilada pizza and it was interesting but will not be a repeat order. Again, I’m a fan of the two slice deal since I’m not big on ordering entire flatbread pizzas, and wish that smaller option was available outside of Monday through Friday lunches. That Clifton Square parking is still a pain as always and Ziggy’s should have a behind the building parking requirement for employees because right now they definitely do not. The family still thinks this place is a gem so I would definitely recommend it for a group with children or a family outing to experience the College Hill area.“
“Last night I dreamt about the BLT that I had there yesterday. I’ve never had a sweet bacon BLT before but it was the best thing I’ve put in my mouth in a long time. It was candied and thick, and the pepper gave it that nice little bit of heat. I also had a slide of my husband’s pizza and it was so good. The atmosphere was great and the staff was awesome.“
“Worked here for a few hours today in one of the booths. Super comfortable spot with coffee, cold brew, lattes, and more alongside your typical booze. They have small snacks like muffins and cookies, but nothing substantial. Will definitely be back.“
“Going gluten free is intimidating, but here they make it easy! You have two different options of cauliflower or gluten free dough for your pizza! It is always my comfort food with their menu full of pasta, pizza, calzones and lots of wine options to match your meal! And don't forget your dessert! With the expensive menu filled with options for even the pickiest of eaters, this place is perfect for a quick or long meal! The staff makes sure that you are comfortable and completely taken care of! I got the number 8 Angelio and my hubby got the pepperoni! The service is always fast and you can't go wrong here.“
“Had to eat in the lobby since the website inaccurately describes the ability to dine in or carry out. Fortunately it was one if not THE best calzone I've ever had. Additionally, the service was amazing the girl who took the order was amazing and friendly.Parking: They share a parking lot with a very busy mechanics shop who has a constant flow of traffic in and out their garage.Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't love pizza!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and out plenty of space!“
“Yesterday, my wife and I went to Oak and Pie. Was seated right away and our server was Kathleen. She told us about the menu and took our drink order. After I asked her about the food and we ordered. I had a cheese pizza with lite sauce and my wife had Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. This is the first pizza that was made as I asked and was really good. I've been to 3 pizza places and so far this is the best. The manager Lexi came by to ask if everything was ok and the told us if we needed anything just ask her. No other establishment had a manager that came by to see if everything was ok. I liked the dining room and this place was clean and there was no mess on any of the tables. We will definitely be back, good job Kathleen and Lexi“
“New FAVORITE pizza place!!!Garlic knots were the perfect start to our mealThe Q Town was a party in my mouth. Every single bite got better and better. The flavors were *chefs kiss*Chocolate Chip Cannoli to wrap everything up!Literally loved everything, I cant wait to come back and try more!!Paul was a whole vibe, great conversation just added to the overall experience!!!!“
“I called late morning to find out if they could accommodate a party of 24 that evening. They not only accommodated us, we had a spectacular experience. We were all hungry after a long tournament day and this meal was just what we needed. Ean took care of all of us. All of the food came out as requested and piping hot. The food was SO good. Best onion rings I’ve ever eaten. I’ll be back there next time we are in town.“
“Best pizza roll in Wichita, if not all of Kansas, if not all of the USA. The crust is always perfectly baked, the filling is always wonderfully savory and the dipping sauce is always on point as the finishing touch. And you can play pinball for a quarter while you wait ?Cannot recommend enough!“
“If you've never tried cheezies pizza you're missing out... very reasonably priced and good quality pizza... try the big 10... they also have great sides... I recommend the jalapeño cheese sticks and the cajun wings... if you're in the mood for some good pizza try cheezies... you won't be dissapointed...“
“I have been eating here for years and have always gotten good pizza and 99% of the time good service. Except today. The gal that took my money acted like she didn’t give a darn about being here and was very unpleasant to me. She was wearing a pink sweater. Other than that I have no complaints.Parking: There would be plenty of parking here but I assume a lot of the time parking is taken by the people going to the bar.“
“came for the warhammer and food, stayed for the warhammer and the foodParking: it took me a minute to find parking but disregard kansas weather it was goodKid-friendliness: has videogames and board games galoreWheelchair accessibility: the front gate should have a slight ramp if i can remember correctly“
“18.99 for each gluten-free pizza is more than the fancy pizza places we go to. The food wasn't worth the money. Nephew didn't like the BBQ chicken pizza. My taco was fine no salsa to put on it. So we couldn't take advantage of the pizza buffet.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free“
“This was recommended by a co-worker...figured it should be good, read some reviews... noted one saying the cauliflower crust was good...I failed at looking at prices... got it on a build your own, was great, was surprised by price when checking out after building it... then I noticed that Cali crust is almost 5... but I must say... I believe it was worth it, friendly staff and happen to meet one of the managing partners, great guy, would recommend this to anyone who likes pizzaYou can get a Variety of pizza's and most are only a 10 spot... there abouts... drinks a few dollars and no straws... they have a drinking lid...love it... go try it“
“We used to live in Wichita and Knolla’s was our go to pizza place. Back visiting relatives, we decide to see if it’s as good as we remember. It was! Tender crust, not-too-sweet sauce, and a generous amount of toppings. Thanks Knolla’s!“
“I've been bypassing Papa Murphy's for many, many years, and that's a shame because we've been missing out. I had their Papa's Favorite, thin crust, on Christmas day because we did our holiday meal on the 24th. We couldn't believe that it was so tasty and fresh. We picked up an order the day before, and it held up well in the fridge. If I were to complain, it would only be that the cost wasn't quite the savings that I expected since they put me to work to bake it myself. However, it was so tasty and baked exactly as I preferred per the instructions, not to mention the convenience of a fresh pizza on Christmas day, that I'll keep my mouth shut. I have to say that I'm a fan of Knolla's Pizza, and I thought PM rivals them in taste. This complicates things.“
“My family and I stopped at this restaurant a few weeks ago as we were driving north for vacation. I’ve been to Fazoli’s locations in Texas, Indiana, Kansas, Colorado, Michigan etc… and I have to say this was my favorite location yet. The staff was extremely attentive and very welcoming. I was actually stunned at how great the service was considering this is a fast food restaurant. Food was great as usual and the breadsticks were cooked to perfection.“
“The wife and I visited Ziggys for lunch. We ordered 2 pizzas and a sandwich. The sandwich (not shown) was a chicken bacon ranch, and it was very good! The pizzas were a taco pizza & I believe it was called kickin chicken. They were both very good as well!“
“We placed a large order for our family and couldn't be happier. The food was delicious, hot and delivered on time. We purchased several pizzas (hand tossed, thin and pan). We also purchased several pasta meals, so good! We purchased loaded tater tots, YUM!!! Stuff breads and salad. I don't have one complaint, everything was perfect. We will definitely order from there again. One perk that was really nice, I received text updates when the delivery driver was getting close and arrived, that was accurate, too.“
