Ray's Mobile Food truck is absolutely amazing. The ribs, catfish, sides, and banana pudding are so delicious. We had pretty much everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. I hate tarter sauce on fish, but Ray's tarter sauce on the catfish is magic. The flavor dances on your tongue and makes you stop for a moment to savor the taste and wonder, how does this sauce enhance the flavor so well. I will continue to enjoy every bite of food I get there. It is so worth it. Ribs fall off the bone, pair it with the beans, spicy and rich or the coleslaw, crunchy and not overdone. Gotta go and see Ray's Mobile tonight, yum yum yummy

Food is amazing. I have eaten there just a couple times and both times; No complaints. I love the fried catfish, not everyone can fry catfish, but this man can. And the Chicken Tenders, well don't be fooled they are not little chicken nuggets, you will not be disappointed.

I'm here working from out of town and decided to swing by for lunch. I had the half slab of Ribs with a side of beans and potato salad, and it was actually a half slab not 4 ribs like some places do.I'm a big person and I couldn't finish it all. It was delicious and worth the money. I almost hurt myself but decided to put the rest away for supper. Least I know I'm eating good tonight also!
Got there late and got the last pulled pork sandwich for my uncle he said it was excellent! Me and my cousin got the catfish sandwich he had fries I got the fried okra and let me tell you well worth it I will be going back

Update: Ray's GREAT! The food is always wonderful (I've eaten there 6 times now) Ray is very personable and fun and really down to earth.The place is in a food trailer on the east side of the the worst truck stop in Wichita Ks (the Philips 66 (former Kangaroo T.S)) however I go out of my way to come here just because of Ray's so the TS should be super great full that he is here because I know a lot of us only end up here and and risk driving into a pothole deep enough to swallow the Burj khalifa and spend $ at the TS because Ray's is here.
