Drive through ordered. A jamocha shake and a Dr Dr pepper will got to the window and they said they couldnt do the shake ok. No biggie but I had to pull up for my order she gave me my card back. I was still thinking dang missed my shake. Finally got my order. Left they never gave me my dt Dr pepper. Called them of course put you name down I don't go eat out often so I will lose my already paid for drink. SM want nice either. This Arby's I guess likes saving money on fries because the one's they served us was hours old from the hardness and texture of them. I will wait till I get to another Arby's and avoid the one in the future.

Went to this particular with coupons that Arby's provided for such a bad experience for the one in chanute. This particular location in Pittsburg Kansas more than made up for the other the food was prepared very fresh and everything was exactly as it should have been. Restored my faith in Arby'sWheelchair accessibility: They are very wheelchair accessible both in parking and restrooms
