Out of the two subways in town, our experience with Kaylee at this N broadway location has been a breath of fresh air. She was sweet, personable and definitely made our experience wonderful. We live just a few blocks away from the other subway location but based on the customer service we received at this store we will drive to the north side every time!
This is one of the worst subways I have ever been to. If you have the time, take the extra time to drive to the subway on the south end of town. This subway frequently messes up my food orders. If you order ahead, the food is never ready to go. Not to mention the drive thru takes forever. The employees are friendly but the service is poor!

Only one employee working so the drive thru was closed. No sign, just sat there until I decided to go in and see if anyone was home. They toasted my sub even tho I said not to toast it. Took a half hour to get a 12 dollar sandwich made wrong.
