We tried The Pitt for the first time and won't be the last. A group of 8 of us met there a little after 11 for lunch and it was getting busy already. Our waitress was great. She was knowledgable, attentive and very friendly. She always had a smile. The food was all really good. We had 3 different apps. Fried pickles, onion rings and chips and queso. Overall, good place to eat! Just disappointing that kitchen closes so early on a Saturday night (9 pm) especially when the NCAA Championships were going on in town until about 8:30 pm. When we went on Friday, it was so good we wanted to return on Saturday, but couldn't. Would definitely return, but not a good later option for meals.

Service is speedy and attentive. Fried chicken sandwich, breakfast burger, the wings, in every combination, and fried pickles are our favorites! Add the Mac n' cheese to every meal. Mmmmm! Kid friendly, easy parking...never disappointed.
