Overall, food was good quality and excellent. I went about 3:20pm and ordered a #1. I was disappointed because I was not asked if I wanted a large. It was assumed I wanted medium. I also asked to sub the drink for a McFlurry and was told no I can’t do that???During my visit alone, the location missed multiple up selling opportunities. I guess they’re not concerned about turning profits.
I used to love this location for McDonald's but with the addition of the "drive thru reserved spots", the customer service has declined significantly. The last several trips have included missing food, calling the restaurant, driving back and cold food. Today, it took 40 minutes and 3 trips to my car to get a $30 meal for my family. No apology, no refund, and excuses were all I got. They even sent a teenage girl to bring my food the 3rd time instead of the manager facing me again....read full review
