This was our first time eating here since we don't have one in our town and the experience was great! The cashier was patient with us as we decided what we were going to get. I personally wanted to thank Becky and the staff for putting together a last-minute catering for our company. This was my first time eating Firehouse Subs, and it did NOT disappoint! I was hoping there was a way I could contact the owner personally to let her know how pleased I was with the service. Is it possible to email her to let her know?

I really enjoy this location and the quality of the food, operator, and service. I go almost every day. The customer loyalty program being down for so long is very ridiculous but that is not the locations fault. Highly recommended! Hook and Ladder with black olives. Trust me.
