Kudos to chef Ram! The chicken biryani is anabsolute delight! The perfectly cookedbasmati rice and tender chicken infusedwith aromatic spices create a deliciousexplosion of flavors. Topped withcaramelized onions and fresh coriander,this dish is a great value for money.Highly recommended for all biryanilovers! The rose milk was delicious, definitely the best I’ve ever had!

This was my first visit and my second yume eating Indian cuisine. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet, it allowed me to try a bit of everything and go back for favorites. Staff was helpful at explore dishes and customer service was excellent. Globe is now in my rotation for downtown lunches!
