We very much enjoyed our visit. The food was good bar food and the drinks were cold. Big kudos to the staff they were extremely friendly and on the spot with drink refills or any other requests.
Was in town visiting on September 28th and was craving a chicken salad, and an order of fries. I went in to pick up the order to take it back to my hotel. It was delicious. It was ready quickly, chicken was perfectly seasoned, and the fries were crispy, despite being in a styrofoam container....impressive. The conversation while paying was great, too. Next time I'm in Topeka, I will definitely stop in and try something else.

They closed and reopened. For years this place had good bar food for really good prices. Now, half the menu is offered and everything is higher priced. The burger wasn't the same at all it seemed to me and yeah, pretty much everything that made me eat here is gone.
