Why would you cut your staff when you have a 45 min wait?? Not good business. Hostess acted like it's normal to just let their staff go when they are busy! Didn't make much sense...

I recently dined at Blue Sushi Sake Grill before catching a show at the Midland, and overall, I'd give it a 4 out of 5 stars. The service was just okay - starters took forever, and all the food wound up being delivered basically at once, which is a pet peeve of mine. However, despite the timing issues, the sushi was absolutely amazing. I particularly enjoyed the charred edamame and the tuna tower - both were flavorful and unique. The rainbow roll was a standout, and the chicken crunch salad tasted incredibly fresh and delicious. Despite the service hiccups, my overall experience was positive. I loved the decor, views, and ambiance of the restaurant, and I would definitely consider going back, especially for the fantastic sushi selection.
LOVED our experience at Blue Sushi Brittney H was a fantastic server and was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu! We let her choose our entire meal and each thing we had was better than the next!

Blue Sushi is the best! Their staff is ALWAYS accommodating, sweet and helpful. The food is phenomenal with a plethora of options. My friends and I enjoy going and sharing all of our dishes so we can try the great variety offered. Highly recommend!

This is my favorite Sushi restaurant in the world! I have tried allot from the menu and EVERYTHING is wonderful, flavourful, so yum! The hot teas are wonderful, the crab Rangoon is too die for! They have charred edamae, it's good and tender, wonderful flavor. They have a huge selection of sushi, tempura fried, tofu wrapped, raw, all cooked and vegetarian. Their Sashimi is also the best ive ever had, it melts in your mouth. They have Maki, vegan Maki, nigiri, speciality sashimi, soups and salads. They also have a Kodomo menu (kids). The mixed drinks they have to offer are also very tasty. I don't think there is anything I don't like! We eat here at least 2 times a month, we would more, but it is a bit of a drive for us. If you like sushi or first timers, this is your place. Personally I have my favorites the Roja, Lion King, Sake, spicey Sake, Tekka, Flamingo Lingo (those are all raw Makis) The Sashimi I recommend is the Truffle Salmon, Kunsei Sake.. You will love this place! ❣️Vegetarian options: There are several options and vegetarian sushi rolls, seaweed salad, soups and more!Parking: Plenty of parking, handicap is right at the front door.Kid-friendliness: There have been several kids when we have went, the environment is great for kids. They have pretty loud music and allot of noise going on. It's a very upbeat hopping place!Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessibile. The handicap parking is right by the front door and there is usually always placed available..
