It's a nice place, but nothing particularly memorable or great about it. The food was middle of the road. Now, it could be just the meal that I ordered (the seasonal banh mi bowl) because I've had friends come back to this place again and again and also suggest it as a place to meet up. So I would recommend it's worth a try at least once.

Compared to the Crossroads location, I liked that this location is quieter and staff members are friendlier. The food was flavorful and good portion sized as always, although it's always a hit or miss with the spice levels depending on the day/who is cooking I think.Vegetarian options: Tofu as Protein option for dishes

Came here for the first time. Crab Rangoon was delicious. They had actual sriracha which was amazing. Meal portion was on the smaller side but can’t complain about that with the price I paid. I’ll be back! Parking is

We used to love going to Lulu's but the last couple of times have resulted in less than desirable outcomes. My stomach didn't agree with the dishes and it's hard to justify spending money on something you'll regret. Dining in has yielded better results than carrying out.

I've been to the new larger location a couple of times and always get good food and service. I've had some variations on traditional Thai dishes that were delicious. I reallyliked the original location (a block away) and think that's because it seemed cozier. Parking is still a little tricky but food totally worth it.

This place was incredible! We were in from out of town and it was recommended to us by a friend who is a KC native. We love Thai food and this place might be the best Thai we've ever had! Additionally, the service was incredible. We were seated immediately, the server was prompt and very kind, and our food came surprisingly quickly! The atmosphere was very nice as well! A unique vibe that felt futuristic yet classy. Highly recommend!

They have a great menu for KC Restaurant Week, with 3 courses, including your choice between 2 appetizers, and among 3 main dishes, and a unique delicious dessert, all for just $20! Loved all 3 courses, and their Spring Rolls served with a peanut sauce were some of the best I've had. Our server was good, just a tad slow, probably because there were more patrons than expected on a frostbiting -16 degrees windchill snowy night. The downsides are the very hard wooden benches at all tables, background music that is too loud to STAY in the background, and it was it kind of chilly. But that's not surprising due to the aforementioned bitter cold weather!

Really good food and pretty good service. Place is pretty cute and has a nice patio.

Last night, my wife and I had the appetizer sampler and a small spicy chicken wings. I'm not a big fan of chilled vegetable rolls; but the Crab Rangoon was among the best I have had. The chicken wings, though, were the best ever. There is no mild version. It's moderately spicy or hot. We chose the mildest option, and it was just spicy enough to require a little lip balm later; but it was thoroughly worth it. That and a glass of Riesling each made for an amazing experience.

First, when we arrived, the host looked at us as if she doesn’t know why we are just standing in the front, so I had to point to a table on gesture that we need a table . Off the bed that was a pretty weird impression. Overall, the food was one of the worst I’ve ever had and so I’m riding this review to let everyone know how much of a rip off this place and I should’ve not even given a single dollar tip. Their food made me vomit everything because it was so bad it was the kind of Thai food, that isn’t your normal Thai ingredients. I kind of figured why the food wasn’t great and it’s likely because the dishes were not authentically made.I will never go back to this place, and would not recommend it at all, despite the thousand reviews. The reviews were likely coming from friends or people that the workers have asked to get a review from and not by actual customers. If you want, authentic Thai food with better, Customer Service , do not go to this

Got the pad Thai with chicken, masaman curry (blazing) with chicken, and some wings. The good: wings were cooked well and the sauce was delicious. Sweet and spicy and tangy. The bad: curry was awful. Straight up awful. Not spicy at all, the onions were absolutely raw, and the potatoes were Al-dente but thankfully sitting in the container they cooked a tiny bit more as I ate the wings. The chicken? There were like 5 pieces of it - you may think that's a bad thing. It isn't. The chicken was of a terrible texture and seemed like it was just tossed raw in the curry. Very bland. Pad Thai was decent, but again suffered from the same awful chicken. First time for everything. Probably won't be back unless it for those wings only. The staff were super friendly and nice. They're great!
