Ordered the spicy seafood soup and the black bean noodles. The black bean noodles had a slightly sweet, savory, and umami punch. The noodles were soft but a little firm. Garnished with cucumbers to balance the flavor profile. The seafood soup reminded me of being at home with my mom's cooking. It tasted extremely similar to hers and the ingredients tasted fresh. All in all, the owners were extremely nice and obviously care about the food they put out. Cheers!
Here is a Korean couple chasing the American dream. This little "Mom and Pop" restaurant goes the extra mile to produce authentic Korean cuisine, lovingly prepared (freshly on the spot) with good-sized portions, and delightfully flavorful! Lately they've been producing a lot of takeout orders from those who have had to avoid crowds, but that didn't diminish the foods they produce.
