Good lunch, no doubt. Clean, good service, tasty food, well presented. Not overwhelmed, though. Tried Seafood Paella, Cuban Sandwich and Mango Cheesecake. All good, but for some reason, I was looking for some semblance of a wow-factor. Didn't happen. Just north of 'meh'.
We come to Sabor for a perfect meal. We start with "these are so good" margaritas. Then Churrasco steak and green chili macaroni and cheese. Top this off with fried cheesecake. I order my steak medium rare, and it is always cooked to perfection. The service is consistently good and friendly. We always sit in a booth which creates a more intimate dining experience. Top notch.

Great food, nice staff. Would recommend to anybody. Been back 5 times and every time I'm impressed. Best latin restaurant in Wichita by far!! Only down side is the parking, but if you can get inside you won't regret it!
