Lori with management at the Ashland store is AMAZING. When I tell you this woman went above and beyond would be an understatement. I won’t go into to much detail because I know I had a one off incident, but, Lori went above and beyond to help me with a solution and did so quickly! She deserves a raise!!
The location in Catlettsburg is a JOKE! 2 hrs before closing, out of items and was not willing to make more. So we went to the Ashland location. They were willing to make the extra we needed for our large order! Granted a female worker was outside smoking in the Drive-thru yelling and cursing while talking to the workers inside.
