“We absolutely love eating here, but the service can be slow at times and we've found out joining the waitlist gets you seats faster than just walking in! We've had nothing but good experiences with the workers being friendly and understanding!I normally get a salad or chicken tenders and they're always amazing! My boyfriend ordered his last steak from here Saturday (03/30/24). He asked for Medium and it came out extremely raw, the Manager came and asked for a solution so it was sent back to be cooked to an actual Medium but it came back after 10 minutes still very raw. She was extremely friendly about this!(We were still charged for it.)Parking: The parking here is absolutely insane! It's extremely hard to find a spot! We've been parking over at the Movies for the past 2 years now to avoid the insanity!“
“I was a bit pessimistic coming here as I am a die hard TR fan. The decor and atmosphere screams rich suburban Dallas Texas and not the typical roadhouse San Antonio version. Ordered the ribs and was somewhat disappointed. While the flavor was good and the ribs were very tender, they were half cold and I suspect our rude waitress let them sit there for 10 minutes in the window. Steak was excellent, however, and very well seasoned with a minimal amount of salt and pepper as it should be. I did enjoy the fresh baked bread and the little tray it came on. Overall I would give it a solid 6/10 due to a combination of bad service and cold food.“

Checked on frequently but not too often.The food was exquisite and the portions were huge.I used to eat at the shogun in Barboursville, WV and was very said when it shut down. I believe this one I ran by the same people.Super excited to have found this Gem.“
