I don't recommend this Subway. If they mess up they will make it out ti be your fault!1) you literally never know what you are going to get. With food or service. I have had some wonderful subs and terrible subs. I have also had incredibly rude service who did not care and times when they were nice. Last night (2/26/24) my nephew and I went in for dinner. The store was busy, but we were waited on in good time. The young lady that began our sandwiches, I believe her name was Maggie, was very friendly, professional, and courteous. The only older man, Ian, working with two young females was not only rude to me, but to the other girls as well. I've lived in Ashland about a year and a half and so far I've not had a negative experience at this Subway yet. The food is always right if ordering ahead, always fresh, and always a good amount of toppings for the price. Employees are generally friendly and the store is always clean as well. I also like that it's one of the few places that is open for an extra hour compared to almost everything closing at 10pm around here.
