Went on a Saturday morning, they were out of several things. They did substitutions for items that were out, but then charged for them. Food was ok, but nothing to really compliment on.

I would think people in Ashland, KY would find this place a godsend just because it is so unique to have this chain here. The only other time I heard about this was during football pregame shows whenever Ohio State would play their noon game, only this chain is not out of Ohio. This place is hit and miss. Sometimes the iced coffee is delicious. Sometimes the iced coffee is disgusting and bitter. I really enjoy the chocolate chip muffins which are always consistent. The advertising for their iced drinks always get me. I then purchase said iced drink and it is so nasty. I have yet to have one that is good. I will have to quit falling for the false advertising.
