I ordered using the app. Upon arrival I parked in the designated area for "Wendy's App orders". This area is in direct sight of person working drive through. I sat there 15 minutes then went and knocked on side door. Nothing. Then I walked up to the lady at the drive through window. She said you have to go through drive through to get your order. I don't like to leave negative reviews often.The amount if food in our containers; or lack there of was ridiculous.I had 3 items left out.Had to come back after noticing that weren't there ( I was home).Disgusted with the lack of caring from 2 staff members

Went there today, there was only one lady working, despite that the food was great, fries were hot, burger delicious and her attitude was awesome. She handled the pressure in a really professional way!
