Lets get the bad out of the way ... The shoulder was like jerky ! With that said the sides were amazing and fresh we had BBQ beans , coleslaw , cabbage and mashed potatoes .The mashed potatoes taste like home if ya know what I mean . Nothing was over or under seasoned . The ribs were fall off the bone and perfectly cooked .The brisket melted in your mouth as it should of . We'll definitely be back . Thank you for the BBQ experience we are always trying to bbq joints .

Love this local business for their local pork 3lb containers of both bacon and sausage. They also have honey, and some other seasonal veggies/fruits (right now they have sweet potatoes and apples). They also do wonderful cooked chicken and BBQ, but I usually go for the bargain pork to divide up into smaller portions, freeze, to cook later myself. ❤️
