The ONLY reason I'm giving a 5-star rating and not a 1-star rating is because their bathroom and lobby are really clean. The food however is EXTREMELY ADDICTIVE! Shame on these guys for cooking food that I can't stop coming back to eat! Next time I stop by, make sure the food you serve me has been sitting out for at least 5 hours. Every time I order from your location, I get fresh food that tastes like it was just cooked!
First time to order at Panda Express, paid delivery and tip to the driver, (grubhub) one order was missing I called they said they cant deliver! Im so upset, lady said I need to pick it up, the girl "ko" said she forgot the other order, grrrr... when we came to pick it up, we showed the receipt, an she hand over the other order with a small container of orange chicken to "compensate" their poor service!!!!?

An item was missed in my delivery, but Adam had to maneuver dealing with the 3rd party delivery and was able to resolve my problem. The food was good and i really appreciate the customer service of management taking that extra effort for resolution!
