I just went to this location for a late lunch (grabbed a chicken bites box). Little did I know I was not about to have the same old humdrum experience. Hunter offered amazing customer service! She offered a suggestive sale of not apple pies, but hot apple pies. She was kind, courteous, and attentive to my order, reading it back and giving me my total. I appreciate her service. 4 people eat for less than 17.00 food was great usually we order get our food and go, this time we had to wait for our order to come up. No complaints though. Love rallys wether bowling green ky or Louisville ky can't co wrong.

U can go thru deive thru or go 2 window, i always go 2 window because of mine not working and they just look at u and say nothing until they r ready 2 take your order. Rude. Food excellent
