The drive-thru is too long of a wait... you pull up and it takes along time for anyone to answer. After you order you then have to sit in the line for way to long to call it gast food. I have waited in line for almost 10 min at this sonic before getting my food. Staff needs to get it
this sonic is by far the worst one I have ever been too. waited in line for 30 minutes and still waited 20 more minutes when I got to the window and noticed there were people laughing and joking around the whole time. will not go here ever again. plus the staff were extremely rude. absolutely awful

I just left here, I got home excited to eat some tots and I blindly reach in and eat one. I thought they gave me chips. Got home and told myself I had to make a complaint because of how bad they were. WAY too overcooked. I understand if you get busy and you burn it but serving it? Absolutely not. I used to work in the kitchen and it’s horrible.
