“Younger people are working here. No greeting at all. Didn't tell us our total at the window, no thank you, have a good night or anything. Was asked if we wanted a cheeseburger or hamburger for the kids' meal. Said hamburger with ketchup only. Got home to find a cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard. Accidents happen, sure, but this is the 3rd time our food has been incorrect from here. May not return.“
“Pretty descent food, never really had any issue with forgetting anything, although could have a little more enthusiasm when it comes to customer service instead of feeling like I'm being rushed or they're miserable. Honestly depends on the person you get that day on how your service will turn out.“

“I usually go to this one on Nashville Rd. about once a week and their food is always good. And whenever my family and i go to the one on Scottsville Rd. The food is always bad or service not great. And so my wife always complains of me going to Sonic. Well I had her try the one on Nashville Rd and she now understood why I like going to this one. Food taste better and service is better.“
