I thought the steak was well cooked but for the price, I think it would've been great with juice or some sauce. It came out cooked accordingly, but had zero juice. The Brussels sprouts were amazing and could definitely be split amongst two people. I would go back but I would request some au jeux with the steaks. I would also love to see the interior updated to match the feeling of the building. Overall, I would go back to try more dishes!
Started off with the kaassoufle. It was wonderful. The tomato chili jam was very tasty. My steak was cooked to perfection with a nice crust on the outside. The asparagus with bernaise was a nice side dish and the asparagus was cooked perfectly. My wife had the Babi Panggang which was delicious. We definitely will be back. There's a lot of pressure on a place like this to get the steak just right... and Lisse really impressed me. The steak was so soft, bursting with taste, and crisply seared. Not usually a big steak person, but I'll come back for Lisse's steak any time - it's as good as it gets.
