“Our party of 4 arrived at 1:00 for the Sunday brunch. It wasn't crowded at all. Though we've been there many times over the past decades, our daughter in law had never been there, so it was a special treat for her. The guys really enjoyed the prime rib. I especially liked the crepes. Oh, so good. There were breakfast and lunch foods available, so you could choose either...or both! We had a lovely time there and definitely plan to go back sometime.“

“We haven't had such a fantastic experience in a restaurant in so long, I forgot what it feels like. We were promptly seated by the hostess, and she was friendly. Our waitress was great and was very polite and attentive. I'll never get tired of having a refill for my drink set down in front of me before I have to ask. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, and we enjoyed the decor. I was glad we were almost finished when they sat a couple at the table next to ours, because it is a little close and you're right in each other's conversation. I got the salmon bruschetta to start, and it was so good. Everything tasted so fresh, and the flavors blend beautifully. My girlfriend got the French onion soup, and that looked amazing. She said it tasted really good. We both ordered the filet mignon, and she wanted hers medium rare, and I wanted mine cooked medium. While both steaks were excellent, neither one was cooked as requested, and both were pretty rare. I'm going to let that slide, since everything else was so good. The smoked Gouda Mac and cheese is so damn good, I want the recipe. It's very creamy and delicious. The Brussels sprouts with bacon were excellent and I could eat a bowl of just that. We will definitely be back, and totally understand all the accolades now. Two thumbs up.“

“Let me being by saying that this was the second time in my life that my wife and I have had a meal so good that we bought drinks for the entire restaurant staff.We went last night and this meal was the best we've ever had in Cincinnati. We began with the oysters and the bone marrow. If you've never had bone marrow like we hadn't, get it. I'm telling you that it's sublime. That was followed with the seasonal spring salad. I know this is a steakhouse and they do their steak as well as anyone, but I've never had a salad that good. It was the single best bite of the meal!After the salads, they brought out our 4oz petit filets, fingerling potatoes, and sauteed mushrooms and onions. We prefer to have small steaks and let it be an element of the meal rather than the meal itself and I'm so glad we did! The entire meal was delicious and I'd hate to have ordered a larger steak and missed out on the opportunity to try some of their other menu items.Finally, we wrapped up the meal with a creme brulee for each of us (they had two types so we got one of each and shared). Creme brulee is my favorite dessert and The Lonely Pine didn't disappoint!I can't wait to go back. I've been talking to folks at work about it all morning and several of them are excited to try the place as well.GO. Enjoy your night out. You won't be disappointed in taking my recommendation.Parking: We had no trouble finding street parking within 30 feet of the restaurant. The crab cakes are the best I have had, and the lemon-grilled shrimp was delicious. The crab & cheddar quiche was very good as well as the shrimp cocktail. My girlfriend enjoyed the mimosa, too. “Had great service, great food, great Southwest Shrimp App. Prices are a little higher than the average chain Steakhouse, but worth it in my opinion. Wait was about 30 min with the app check in. Our server was very aware of refills as well as checking back. We will be back !! Good this time!“
“Kendall, our server was wonderful! Answered all of our questions and spot on for delivery of our food. My problem was our seating. Our reservation was for 5 pm, we arrived 15 minutes early and were promptly seated just outside an empty private room that they seated 6 people who became very loud! And then seated another group of 4 on our opposite side. I'm checking out this mostly empty restaurant scratching my head and wondering why.“

“Carryout experience was fantastic! We ordered online and arrived at our scheduled pick-up time. Food was ready and hot. ALL items were included in order (y'all know there are other restaurants out there that have taught you to double-check before leaving). Employees working the carryout window were friendly and attentive. Sometimes when you order out, it seems you can get smaller and messier portions -- not our experience here! Food was just as it would have been had we eaten in. We ordered the steak kabob, sirloin, cheese fries, and extra rolls. The restaurant parking lot was packed and I'm so impressed with our great service despite how busy TR was. Kudos to management for running such smooth and efficient service while serving at max capacity. We will definitely do and recommend carryout again!Parking: You can expect an open spot in the front of the restaurant for carryout orders. If you go on a Fri/Sat/Sun evening, be prepared for limited parking.“

“We were given a table in the main area, the lighting was definitely on the brighter side and didn't come off as romantic. My husband and I both ordered the filet, medium rare. The food, overall, was fantastic. His filet came out medium well and dry. We pointed it out to the waiter who handled it and ordered another steak for him to be cooked properly. The manager even came over to apologize. It wasn't a huge deal, we were very understanding but it did take another 20 minutes. When we got the bill, they had actually added the 3rd steak to the tab. It was corrected when we brought it to their attention but how do you accidentally add a 3rd steak to the tab??? I'm glad my husband checked but I was fully expecting a comp of some sort on the bill for all the inconvenience. I wonder if this has happened to anyone else and they didn't catch it.“
“I was given such awesome service from the staff I had to review.They were friendly honest and legitimately looking to make sure my experience was good. AJ my waitress was friendly, attentive and seem honestly interested in the experience my brother and I had. The bartender that made my drinks was genuine and welcoming. When it had nothing to do with her tips. The manager before I even had a chance to be worried about a small error corrected it and went beyond.These a legitimately good people making legitimately good food for their customers. I think it should be a first option in most people's books.While I went parking was easy but I can imagine a business this good can fill up a bit even with sharing parking lots with target.But regardless of wait I'm almost certain if you get any of the employees, like AJ, that I did you will receive above and beyond services. “Crowded at 5:15 on a Friday. Definitely plan ahead. Server was very friendly even when the kitchen made a mistake on our order. Overall good experience. Be sure to sign up for their Dining rewards to earn points for free food. We scored a free appetizers. Portions on many entrees are large enough to share. The 5 year old in our group got super excited to finish his meal with the chocolate cake. The adults might have borrowed a few bites too ?“
“Its always been a great dining experience for us. Our side wedge salads were very tasty. My filet was delicious and cooked to perfection. My wife had the Scallop Risotto. It was very good as well although she found it a bit too salty. The Brussel sprouts were delicious and plenty. Topping it off was the banana cream pie. A very nice evening with plenty of time left to get to our show!“
“John W was our waiter tonight 3/8/24 and he was really great to us. He did not miss a beat when it came to the service he delivered. He made sure we had everything we needed and he always had a smile which was really great. You definitely don’t see service like this everyday. I believe John went above and beyond with his customer service, just constantly checking in on our dining experience. It’s the little things that matter and he definitely deserve praise.“

“This place has went down, the bread is so hard and both the managers are so nonchalant and very unfriendly, niether of the 2 greeted not one customer that I seen or even cracked a smile, so unpleasant as Managers ! Carl walked around like security at this point just throw him on a security uniform, and for Kathy she’s a Karen !!!! They should have kept her in the kitchen as a kitchen manager so is not ppl friendly at all !!!!“
“The food tasted great and our server, Markey, did a terrific job. We were seated in the side room, and a large, noisy group was seated next to us. The room is all hard services, so the acoustics are bad. My guest and I sometimes could not hear each other.“
