Usually I get the French dip every time I come by, I love the au jus and they definitely give you plenty of it for the sandwich. But now the sauce cup seems bigger than the sandwich. If you’re going to charge $6-$8 but make the sandwich smaller and smaller then I might as well just go next door to the Kroger and make it from home and have it last a week. The food is very good! But the service is the whole point in the bad ratings.Here's why.1. The app. For arbys didn't relay the fact that they did not have any beefat the restaurant where we were due to pick up our food. So it was moved to another restaurant in the same area, without our knowledge until we went in to pick up our order. Causing us to use more gas in the process of wanting to feed ourselves.
