“I’m not a local, I’m from Chicago. I stumbled on Smokie Bones a year ago and the food, staff and atmosphere was amazing. I’m visiting Florence again and I’ve dined here each day of my visit to town. The Culinary Manager Billy is so hospitable and our Server Alex is amazing and kind. The food is good the restaurant is clean and overall this is a happy place with staff that promotes a happy atmosphere. I’ll definitely visit on my next trip…FRANN“
“We were visiting the Florence area for 3 days & found this place online when trying to find pet friendly restaurants in the area. We enjoyed our meals so much that we ended up eating here 2 of the 3 days.. I got their Fish & Chips both days (no complaints) & their hush puppies are some of the best I've ever had. Will definitely stop here again the next time we're in the area.“
“The family and I decided to go here and try them out. We wanted some good food that is something that we can't get back at home. We tried Ford's Garage on the recommendation of the hotel staff. We had the Ford's Signature Burger with Truffle Fries, high-octane burger with onion rings, kid's cheeseburger with fries, kids chicken sandwich with fruit, and grilled cheese with fries. The sandwiches were great with service to match. Our server was friendly, engaging, and courteous to our whole family.The restaurant is clean and very nicely setup and decorated. Loved the cars in it. Only issue we had were that the truffle fries had a very strong garlic flavor to them. Other than that, everything was great. We would definitely visit again. Additionally they honor military and former military with a military discount.“
“Only three locations left! No one makes sandwiches like Izzy's. Greatly expanded menus. Original potato pancakes and kosher pickles make a huge meal with the fresh pastrami and corned beef. Outdoor seating for warmer weather away from traffic with secure railing. Ample parking and drive-through also. Great carrot cake. Staff personable and obviously enjoyed working together. Very clean. Abby was an excellent server. You cannot leave hungry.“
“Our Server Brianna "Bree" was simply astonishing, phenomenal, fantastic. The food as always here was great. The service was over the moon. “A fantastic dining experience! It was our last night in Florence, and we are so happy we decided to go to Rafferty’s. All the employees were so helpful and kind, but Ashley, our server, was especially wonderful! She’s a special gal, and I was tickled with how she interacted with my super friendly 9 year old daughter. She makes me want to come back to Florence just to visit her again. Oh, and the food was so delicious! Best food that we’ve eaten in this town. I mean, so delicious! We had the amazing nachos for appetizer, and burgers for main entree. I’d highly recommend both! “Had great service, great food, great Southwest Shrimp App. Prices are a little higher than the average chain Steakhouse, but worth it in my opinion. Wait was about 30 min with the app check in. Our server was very aware of refills as well as checking back. We will be back !! Good this time!“

“Very nice place. I had the mushroom swiss burger. I realized about 3 min after I ordered i forgot to tell them temp. Burger came out a perfect M well. I prefer a m rare but it was juicy and very good so no ccomplaints. My wife had the Taco Salad and a cup of spup.Atmosphere was casual and nice. My wife asked the server if it was a mexican restraunt. Server said no bar and grill so if you are planning on mexican may not be the place.Overall burger was good and I do reccomend them.“
“First and foremost, your manager who happens to be a man, a couple hour's ago at your Florence, Ky. Golden Corral was working on this very busy Saturday. He greeted us, and saw we were a 3 generation family, there this afternoon to celebrate the grandma and the dad's birthdays! He helped to find us a large enough table for our group of 10 people. He asked Rae Anne, a smart, courteous and friendly waitress to help get us what we needed. And, thank you Jesus, Rae went over and above to make our visit to Florence Golden Corral an amazing visit! “We came in at the end of the night and the staff was so friendly & ready to help. We got our food really quickly and whatever questions/needs we had were promptly addressed and made the whole experience a pleasure. Most restaurants make you feel like you’re holding them up when it’s closing time but this staff welcomed us to enjoy until we were ready to leave. We would definitely come back!“
“I tried the smoked wings at City BBQ and they were outstanding! However, I have to admit, I was hoping for a bit more smokiness in the overall meat flavor—it was pretty mild. The brisket? Well, let's just say it leaned more towards Sunday pot roast vibes. On the bright side, City BBQ's commitment to the community is commendable! “Good food and good prices! Very family friendly, but also great for adults. I loved my buffalo wings, and the Rumpke mountain nachos are da bomb! Friendly and attentive staff. There are lots of tvs to watch, and very spacious and cozy inside.UPDATE: I have to say, the service is still awesome! We had a tornado warning and we were ushered into the coolers and bathrooms. “My husband and I love this place for breakfast and lunch. If he ever has a day off work while school is in, we come to first watch. Our son also loves it here when we've come on the weekends. We did a reservation through open table because my husband is injured and in a sling, and a wait would increased his discomfort. We arrived just before our reservation time. The hostess proceeded to sit two other parties our size and a bus load of people that all walked in after us with NO RESERVATIONS. We waited an additional 20 minutes until I went to the desk and questioned why so many others were being seated ahead of us. It seems that reserving through Open Table was a waste of time.“

“Due to Celiac, I’m always picky about where I can eat. Red Robin is always a good choice. I always rely on their website to navigate their menu. While sad to learn today that their bacon is not gluten free, not are their delicious fries, our server Mallory certainly made our visit amazing. She was very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us having a sleepy toddler and dietary restrictions. “We are first timers here. HUGE shout-out to our server, Melanie. She was sweet and thoroughly efficient. We never had to ask for refills and she took great care of us. The fried pickles were delicious! I had the brisket street tacos and they were tasty. The fire roasted salsa that accompanied them was very good too. My husband had the Italian flatbread. He enjoyed it, but thought that the bacon was slightly overpowering the rest of the meats . The manager stopped by to welcome us back another time. Their customer service is a model for other establishments.“
