As a truck driver, I've stopped at as many take-out places as possible. Even with the ones near my home in east TN, Chopsticks is by far the best take-out I've had. I work in Northern Kentucky and have tried many of the places around, but none come close to this. Definitely worth the stop. Call ahead 15 minutes and it will ge ready by the time you get there. Never a disappointment.
Visited for lunch, good food- kind of a typical Chinese restaurant inside- seemed busy with takeout orders. Seemed clean and quiet, good service. Would recommend- not a fancy restaurant but good food.

Got Bourbon chicken, egg roll and some dumplings for later. The atmosphere is alright, nothing fancy but not the ugliest or worse looking place I've been in, very quite. It's hard to rate service since that can change day by day but for me I waited over 30 minutes to get any of my food (only 1 person ahead of me) and the lady taking my order was very nice.
